Terms and Conditions

The present conditions aim at defining the General Conditions of Sale between 
Inbuk and the User, from purchasing to the different services rendered by Inbuk , such as methods of payment and delivery terms.

The User can place orders online at www.inbuk.pt
To successfully complete then order, certain personal information is needed, such as electronic mail, name, address, telephone number and other information. Thus, the User shall fulfill every mandatory field.

By purchasing online the User expresses his/her total and complete agreement concerning the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products related to this transaction. These general conditions of sale are the only applicable between the two parties. In case of product unavailability, 
Inbuk commits to inform the User and to reimburse him/her for the paid amount, within approximately 30 (thirty) days from the date of acknowledging such unavailability.


  • Portugal (mainland): 5 business days after order shipment;
  • Azores and Madeira: 8 to 10 business days after order shipment;
  • other European countries: 8 to 10 business days after order shipment.

Due to the different customs policies and import duties, Inbuk has no control over additional costs that may be applied on receipt of an order to its destination country. Therefore, it is not possible to anticipate the exact amount of such fees. If you have any question, and before placing the order, you should contact the local customs to inquire about the applicability of such fees and customs duties. Note that delivery of orders within the EU is exempt from customs duties.

Prices shall be in Euros, taxes and fees included. All prices include VAT (if applicable) at legal rate. Inbuk reserves the right to change prices and specifications without previous notice.

Inbuk has different payment methods at your disposal: Debit card (national Cards), PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron) and PayShop.

The User has 24 hours to pay for the purchase. Payment can be made through ATM, the Internet or Home banking service. The order will be automatically cancelled when such period is not considered.

After purchasing, you have 15 days to exchange/return an item to Inbuk. You can also choose to have the item collected from your home. The return will be effective in case of: defect (manufacturing) or when the product(s) does(do) not comply with your expectations, Inbuk will be responsible for shipping and returning costs. When the return relates to other reasons different from the above mentioned, Inbuk will not reimburse shipping costs. However, bear in mind that when you return something you will be using the shipping company we deal with. As both costs for shipping and returning of goods supported by Inbuk are equal, Inbuk will note reimburse the customer concerning expenses with delivery initially paid by the customer for the concerning order.
Reimburses will be made based on the payment method. If payment was made by means of an ATM reference, the User shall send his/her bank details to the Customer Service email address (info@inbuk.pt), as soon as the returning process is initiated. This is necessary so that we can reimburse your payment to your account. You will receive reimburse after product being returned and processed.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • item(s) without the original tags;

  • item(s) without the original bag;
  • item(s) showing signs of wear and/or deterioration;
  • the return of customized items is not accepted.
The User will be informed at the checkout page if the purchased items cannot be returned and/or reimbursed.

Every content presented on this website is the exclusive property of Inbuk, Lda.

The Portuguese Law shall apply to these General Conditions of Sale.
In the absence of any resolution by both parties, any dispute arising out of the General Conditions of Sale above will be submitted to the District Court of Oporto, with express waiver of any other.
